How to blur the image?

To blur the image you can, do these steps,
Step 1- Insert the image
Step 2 - Go to the Menu bar, go to the edit option.
Step 3 - Then go to the blur option under the transform option.
Step 4 - You can increase the blur volume by writing the volume number in the box or increasing it by blur scale.
Now, you have successfully blurred your image.
