How to rotate the image?

If you want to rotate the image, you can go

Step 1 - Go, and insert the image.  

Then you can rotate it by scale or write the degree number, to what degree you want it to rotate. If you write numbers in positive value then it will rotate clockwise. If you write numbers in negative value then it will rotate anti-clockwise.
