Troubleshooting Power-Ups Not Working

If you're seeing a "Unable to load Power-Up" error when using an "Power-Up", this may mean one of two things. Either the browser is loading Power-Up too slowly, or they may be restricted on your browser's network.

One way to see if the browser is timing out or the web server to block the Power-Ups is to try refreshing the page and opening the menu again. If you receive an error regarding those particular Power-Ups each time your web browser opens, that means they're timing out. If the page you're displaying is timing out for some reason, the Power-Ups that are being loaded may change each time you refresh the page.

If the Power-Ups are timing out, that is a reflection of the speed of the Internet connection. Try using a different network, or even a different browser.

On the other hand, if network controls are preventing those Power-Ups, request assistance from your IT team to eliminate those controls.
