What If Your Account Is Compromised?

It's very disheartening for your account to be compromised or to have your data deleted from the Creatosaurus board. That is why we wrote this note to let you know that our team will follow as well as the limits of our support group in getting your data back.

If someone else got access to or used their Creatosaurus account to delete data that you both had access to, Creatosaurus support would provide advice on how to protect your account going forward, but due to technical constraints, we generally weren't able to retrieve your data, provide legal guidance, and other resources for help with legal action.

What we recommend?

We recommend that you create a completely new password to make sure that further damage does not occur. You can accomplish that by moving to the reset your password page. If, in contrast, you suspect that an API token has been compromised instead, you can go to your account page, and click revoke next to the token.

If you believe a user has left your company or team, remove the user from the Workspace and from any boards to which he has access immediately. The members that you remove from a Workspace in your official account will still have access to boards in that space, and can continue editing, deleting, and relocating content wherever they choose.
