If you're thinking of purchasing Premium, you should consider your groups and boards.

Make sure all players in your team are listed above, and add anything they are lacking. You may utilize the Members page to speed up the process.

If you are in the Workspace, you cannot leave until you're sure you preserve access to each board that's officially connected to it. Take a look at the Workspace name at the top of the board name.

Encourage your team to double-check what's going on on all non-Premium Workspaces that you handle on a regular basis. By doing this, you'll be sure that all accounting and finance are in the same spot going forward.

Premium features several different choices for managing a Workspace's members more effectively.

To begin, you can choose to restrict who can be added to your Workspace by email domain. If you just need to add company personnel into the Workspace, this might be helpful.

You can select whether only Workspace members, members with Workspace-visible permissions, or members with any other class is permitted to create public, Workspace-visible, or private network boards within your Workspace, and you can decide whether you want to allow any non-members to be able to join networked boards within your Workspace.

We introduced a feature to make visibility less limited by boards. This allows you to invite contractors and other parties who you want to keep informed, without them being able to tamper with your project.

Each person can see on the Display a list of the group boards they belong to as well as what cards they currently have inside the Workspace.

If another user leaves your Workspace, Premium will let you deactivate a user as well as just the removing them from your Workspace boards. This lets you remove a user's access to your boards without needing to also erase their cards.

This is more flexible than Remove, which removes access to one-user cards and boards, but does not prevent you from viewing the cards that they belonged to.
