What is Deactivated User On Creatosaurus?

Creatosaurus

Last Update 2 years ago

These users have had their access to the Workspace, Workspace-visible boards, and boards in the Workspace of which they were a member removed. They can still access non-Workplace content that their accounts had previously accessed (including content on other users' Workspace or their own private boards). Users deactivated in the Workspace Standard or Premium do not consume a license for the seat.

Unlike deleted, deactivated users remain assigned to their cards on clubs that they belonged to. Although they're not able to make changes to the badges, this makes it straightforward for previous colleagues to increase or decrease the work put on the new person carrying out that job. Users by contrast are concealed from the boards and cards completely (so there's no visible indication of what work assists in taking).

Deactivating a user

To remove a Workspace member, open the Workspace Members page and locate the member’s name. Then, choose 'Remove', and then select the option 'Deactivate'.

Reactivating a user

Reactivated users will regain access to Workspace-visible boards and any boards in the Workspace of which they are a member. Workspace admins can reactivate the user by clicking the reactivation link next to their name on the Members tab.
